Privacy policy

Last updated 13 October 2026

Personal Hub (hub.eawanders.com) is a private tool that Edward Anders built for his own use. It is not offered to anyone else, and its only user is Edward.

What it accesses

With Edward's consent, it reads messages in his own Gmail accounts and reads and creates events in his own Google Calendars, through Google's APIs. It does not send email.

How the data is used and stored

Message metadata (sender, subject, date, a short snippet) and calendar events are copied into a private database used only to show Edward his own inbox, tasks and calendar in one place. Google access tokens are stored encrypted. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Personal Hub's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which the copied data is deleted from the database.
